This housing complex in Minneapolis, has several raingardens that are designed to capture stormwater off of buildings and pavements. In 2016 the project was out of compliance and with engineered redesign the gardens were again excavated and replanted.

Continued inspection, reporting and maintenance of the site is done within budget for the property to maintain their stormwater utility fee credit.
