Creating a backyard retreat was the goal of this homeowner freshly retired and ready to enjoy it fully.

The designer worked with the homeowner to discuss the main aims of the project. With thorough discussions, a basic sketch, and an agreed to budget, the project launched without detailed plans or cost estimates. Rather the money went into the install.

With the homeowner's trust and allowance of creativity as the project unfolded many little moments were inspired along the way to truly make this space unique, embracing and healing.
